The lack of affordable housing and increasing rents have put immense pressure on families, young people, and vulnerable groups. This crisis affects nearly every aspect of life, from economic growth to social stability, impacting health, well-being, and opportunities for the future. Beyond housing, key issues like healthcare system pressures, the cost of living, and the impact of climate change are also critical challenges that need to be tackled with comprehensive and sustainable policies.

The urgent need for housing reform. I would highlight the struggles faced by everyday people, from young families and students to older citizens who cannot find or afford secure housing. The aim would be to push for immediate, practical solutions and call for a comprehensive national strategy to tackle the crisis, prioritizing the needs of the most vulnerable.
