Question time
Why did you decide to run in this election?

I’m determined to give Kerry voters an opportunity to vote Green. We have better public transport, more organic farmers and affordable childcare but we can do better with stronger Green Party representation. As a former local journalist, I’m familiar with the county and its needs.

What do you think is the greatest issue the country faces right now?

Housing. Lack of housing underpins problems in health, education, tourism and more. The Green Party introduced cost-rental housing and the vacant property grant to help ease the crisis. We also insisted on the land hoarding tax being pushed through.

What would you like your first speaking time in the Dáil to be about if you get elected?

Towns, villages and communities – how they need public transport, clean water, childcare services, elder care services and town centre living.
