Biography

Bonham recently graduated from DCU with a degree in economics, politics and law. He was a Green Party local election candidate in 2024, but was unsuccessful.

Question time
Why did you decide to run in this election?

I want to bring a young and climate-concerned voice to the Dáil. The window of tackling climate change is closing.

What do you think is the greatest issue the country faces right now?

Transport is a massive issue. If the country is better connected, it brings communities together more, commuting times are shorter and housing across the country is far more accessible.

What would you like your first speaking time in the Dáil to be about if you get elected?

I want to voice my support and sympathy to farmers in Meath and across the country that I have their long-term interests at heart. They know more than anyone the threat of climate has on their livelihoods and I will do anything I can to ensure a financial and sustainable future to transition.
