Question time
Why did you decide to run in this election?

I was elected in 2016, re-elected in 2020 and believe I have made a positive contribution to the Dail as a legislator. I am running again because I believe that I can still improve and influence policy.

What do you think is the greatest issue the country faces right now?

Responding to the challenges caused by a growing population and economy. The challenges in housing and healthcare derive to a large extent from our rapidly growing population and our expanding economy. The function of policymakers is to try to meet the needs presented by these challenges.

What would you like your first speaking time in the Dáil to be about if you get elected?

Nominating Micheal Martin to be Taoiseach.
