Question time
Why did you decide to run in this election?
I'm running this time because having been a Senator for the last 4.5 years I've learnt alot about how national politics works and have successfully got funding through budget submissions, brought in legislation that have helped people, communities and small businesses. I'd like to continue my work representing Clare. Currently, we have only 2 TDs and we need 4 strong voices for Clare . I have what it takes to be an effective TD for my county and country.
What do you think is the greatest issue the country faces right now?
The top two issues hands down are health and housing and the threat of climate change to our land and homes.
What would you like your first speaking time in the Dáil to be about if you get elected?
Lack of health care in County Clare and we must take preventative measures to reduce the amount of ill health in the country.
