Biography
Healy-Rae has been a TD for Kerry since 2011. A brother of fellow TD Danny Healy-Rae, he was previously a member of Kerry County Council from 1999 to 2011. He is opposed to increased controls on drinking and driving, and is one of the wealthiest TDs in the Dáil.
