Janet Horner is a Dublin city councillor and the Green Party spokesperson for foreign affairs. She has lived in England, Uganda and India working in politics, human rights and community development projects. She is a trade union activist and currently holds a position on SIPTU's equality committee. She holds a degree in anthropology and development studies and a Masters in politics and public policy.
