I bring a fresh, new voice to politics in Longford-Westmeath. I will advocate for sustainable transport, secure homes, a just transition and a fair system of healthcare.
We should be prioritising renovation of properties in town and village centres, creating new housing developments in appropriate locations with access on foot or bike to local schools, shops and amenities.
I would like to immediately change the way we spend money on transport in this country and allocate 20% of the budget on walking and cycling infrastructure, 50% on public transport and the remaining 30% on roads.
