Biography
D'arcy was first elected to the Dáil in 2007. He lost his seat in the 2011 general election and was re-elected in 2016. He previously served as a Senator from 2011 to 2016 on the Administrative Panel. He is the current Minister of State for Financial Services and Insurance. He previously served on Wexford County Counciil, first elected in 2004.
