Biography
Pratt was first elected to Waterford City and County Council in 2009. He is the current Mayor of the City and County of Waterford after being elected last year. He was re-elected in the 2014 and 2019 local elections. He is the chairman of a local residents' committee and a former member of the board of directors at Tallow Area Credit Union.
