Biography
Cullinane was first elected to the Dáil in 2016. He previously served as a Senator from 2011 to 2016 on the Labour Panel. He was first elected to Waterford City Council in 2004 and was re-elected in 2009. He has been a party spokesperson on workers' rights and Brexit, respectively.
