Biography
English has been a TD since first elected to the Dáil in 2002. He has been re-elected at every general election since. He is the most recent Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development. He previously served as Minister of State for Housing and Urban Renewal. He was first elected to Meath County Council in 1999. He has held various spokesperson roles in the party.
