Biography
O'Donovan was first elected to the Dáil in the 2011 general election. He is the current Minister of State for Public Procurement, Open Government and eGovernment. He served as a member of Limerick County Council from 2003 to 2011. He is a former Minister of State for Tourism and Sport. He is a qualified industrial chemist and teacher.
