Biography
Neville has been a TD since the 2016 general election. He was co-opted onto Limerick County Council in 2003. He was elected to the council in 2004 before emigrating to Australia a few years later. He returned before the 2014 local elections and was re-elected to the council. He is the secretary of the Fine Gael parliamentary party.
