Biography
Wall has been a councillor on Kildare County Council since 2009. He is the Labour Party spokesperson on sport. He unsuccessfully ran in the 2016 general election. He was Mayor of Athy from 2012 to 2013. He was elected as chairperson of the Athy Municipal District in 2015. He works as a parliamentary assistant.
