Biography
Donnelly has been a councillor on Fingal County Council since 2014. He unsuccessfully contested the 2016 general election. He is a founder member of the Blanchardstown Local Drug Task Force. He is involved in community organisations such as the Safer Blanchardstown Forum and the Fingal Housing Forum.
