Biography
Humphreys was elected as a TD in 2011 and as a Senator in 2016. He was first elected to Dublin City Council first in 1999. He was re-elected in the 2004 and 2009 local elections. He was elected as Deputy Mayor of Dublin in 2009. Humphreys was appointed as Minister of State for Activation in 2014. He is a former production technician in pharmaceuticals.
