Biography
Heney was first elected to Dublin City Council in 2009. She contested the general elections in 2011 and 2016. She has worked as a barrister and is currently a legislative drafter for Fianna Fáil. Prior to her career in politics, she worked for Aer Lingus and Aer Rianta.
