Biography
O'Shea was first elected to Cork County Council in 2009. He was re-elected in the 2014 and 2019 local elections. He served as Mayor of Cork from 2015 to 2016. He works for mental health services in the HSE. He is a member of community and voluntary boards and groups including Glantane National School and Dromahane Community Park.
