Biography

Dooley was first elected to the Seanad in 2002, followed by the Dáil in 2007. He has been re-elected at every election since. He is the Fianna Fáil spokesperson on communications, the environment and natural resources. He previously worked in sales, marketing and business development.

Why should someone vote for you?

I've done a lot of hard work in my constituency, I represent the community to the best of my ability and I deliver for the people of Clare.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

To address the crisis in the A&E department in our region.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

To put a comprehensive plan in place to deliver the resolution of the A&E crisis in our region.
