Biography
O'Reilly was first elected to Cavan County Council in May 2019. He is a member of several committees including local action and joint policing. He previously worked in the construction and agricultural sectors. He comes from a family business and farming background and has lives in the Virginia/Mullagh area for all his life.

Why should someone vote for you?
I have committed myself fully to my role as county councillor since May 2019. I bring experience, energy and a fresh perspective to politics.
What is your number one priority for your constituency?
To create awareness of the hidden potential of the Cavan-Monaghan region.
What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?
To complete specific road safety measures which I have been campaigning for in my role as a councillor.
