Ray is a first-time candidate. She will be campaigning to change the family law system and will be focusing on homelessness. She formerly worked as a beautician.

Why should someone vote for you?
I want to open the door for people with addiction issues, mental health issues. I'm coming from a good place and I'm not politically minded, but I'm willing to learn.
What is your number one priority for your constituency?
To repeal the Children's Referendum. The system needs to be taken out of the courts and into a more private setting.
What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?
I want people to see that I am real. I want my voice to be heard and to get someone to listen.
