Biography
Behan was first elected to Wicklow County Council in 1991. He previously served as a TD from 2007 to 2011. He has been a councillor in every other period since 1991. He is from Bray.

Why should someone vote for you?
I am an independent voice, and I believe that the Dáil needs politicians who can speak for the people and not for a party.
What is your number one priority for your constituency?
Housing.
