Biography
Gogarty is a former Mayor of South Dublin County Council. He has been a councillor on South Dublin County Council since first elected in 2014. He served as a Green Party TD from 2002 to 2011. He is also a former journalist. He unsuccessfully ran in the 2016 general election.
