Wynne has a degree in psychology from Trinity College Dublin. She previously worked as a home help provider for young adults with disabilities. She also spent three years in the reserve Defence Forces. She is currently a stay-at-home mother to five children.

I want to say it's a tie between health and housing, but if I had to choose I’d say health. There’s no A and E department here in Clare and travelling to Limerick can take up to an hour and a quarter, which is just too long.
