Biography

Elected to Kildare County Council in 1999, she has been a member since. She is a primary school teacher by profession and works now as a Special Olympics public representative. A former mayor of Kildare, she is involved with a number of local organisations in her area.

Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

A passionate local activist with a national vision. My record speaks of integrity, commitment, honesty and hard work, caring for the most vulnerable in society.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

That everyone would have a safe and secure home with access to affordable quality childcare, education and healthcare, earning a good living in a rewarding job.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Establish a new Secondary School in Newbridge and ensure effective broadband provision.
