A retired clerical officer, this is his first time running for election. He is running as part of the Catholic Democrats, who campaign for more strong Catholic representation in the Dáil.

There needs to be a voice in Dail to actively reflect the overwhelmingly Christian ethos of the Longford/Westmeath people.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

To address the Shannon flood situation, which has caused untold hardship to thousands of people, homes,farms and animals.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Convince other TDs of the importance of promoting a culture of life that recognises the unique value of every human person.
