Biography

An active anti-austerity campaigner, this is his first time running for election. He is running on a platform of direct democracy, under which constituents would be directly involved in the choices made by elected representatives. He is also running on a broad anti-austerity platform, calling for the abolition of water charges among other measures.

Question time
Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

I want to return the people's power over government. The power to call referendums, reverse corrupt government decisions and make new laws.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

Housing. Reduce and cap rents. Increase rent allowance. Write-down mortgages by 10%. Build social housing instead of paying bondholders.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Call an immediate referendum to put Article 48 back in the Constitution. With this in place the people will have the power to fix everything.
