This is his first time running for general election after he failed to secure a seat in the 2014 local elections. He is running on a platform of direct democracy, and advocates for features such as a directly elected mayor and a complete change to the social welfare system. He is also running in Dublin Central.
I'm running because like many people I'm equally as frustrated with the current political system and lack of real reform and engagement.
To have a directly elected mayor for Dublin and have real participatory democracy both locally, nationally and EU/internationally.
To propose a referendum to introduce direct democracy to the Irish constitution.
