Biography

He was elected first to Roscommon County Council in 2014 before winning a 2014 by-election and being elected to the Dáil. The chairperson of the Turf Cutters and Contractors Association, he runs a turf-cutting business and is a founding member of the Independent Alliance.

Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

I put in over 100 hours every week for the betterment of what I believe in and deliver frank, outspoken, no bullshit policies.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

The revival of rural Ireland.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

If in government, I would start putting the pillars together that would set up the revival of rural Ireland.
