Biography

A former Meath county councillor, she was elected in 2009 and served until 2014 when she lost her seat. She is formerly a chairperson of the Louth/Meath Education and Training Board and is founder of the employment lobby group Next Era Calling.

Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

As a former councillor, I have actively worked on community projects and personnel issues concerning families.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

Social recovery means working for better childcare services, ensuring more access to community employment programmes, and building more houses for families to live.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

To see that every school provides hot school lunches to its students - especially the disadvantaged areas.
