Biography

The leader of Direct Democracy Ireland, he ran unsuccessfully for Louth County Council in the 2014 local elections. An active campaigner against the property tax and water charges, along with the rest of his party he advocates for a new political system which would make elected politicians directly answerable to their constituents.

Question time
Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

I will fight for honesty in government, to hold it accountable to the people and argue for introduction of direct democracy.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

Housing, rent hikes, cutbacks in services especially health, stealth taxes, and more. There is no number one priority!

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Have housing as a priority and all evictions halted and that banks remain in public ownership. Also TTIP to be stopped and properly debated.
