Biography

This is her first time running for general election after she ran unsuccessfully in the 2014 local elections for Sinn Féin. She left the party as she felt they were focusing too much on the Westmeath side of her constituency and is now running as an Independent. She runs her own business with her husband and is involved with a number of local charitable organisations.

Question time
Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

Longford has been neglected for too long and needs honest and vocal representation. I will speak up for Longford at every opportunity.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

To get government agencies focused on prioritising county Longford for inward commercial and infrastructural investment and real job creation.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Demand that the newly appointed Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation commits to taking Longford seriously and to work with me to address our huge unemployment rate.
