Biography

He was first elected to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council in 2004 and has been a member since. He is chairman of the Dún Laoghaire Area Committee as well as the Environment, Climate Change & Energy SPC at DLRCC. He is also a member of a number a local community groups.

Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

As a father of three young children, I understand the issues facing many families, I want to help build a better future for all our citizens.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

The economy is growing, but not all sections of the community are seeing the benefit, I want to see a fairer, sustainable recovery.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Over 1,500 children are currently homeless, I would like to see the next government immediately raise the caps on rent allowance support.
