Biography

A former Labour Party TD, he was first elected to South Dublin County Council in 1999. He served as a councillor until he was elected to the Dáil in 2011. He left the Labour Party in September, deciding instead to run as an Independent candidate.

Job creation, based on a living wage.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

A national programme for social & affordable homes. Open hospital wards by recruiting nurses. Referendum to scrap the Seanad.
