Biography

A Cork county councillor, he secured a seat in the 2014 local elections after failing to secure a seat in 2009. A graduate of law, he has worked as a political advisor to Sinn Féin senators and is a former national organiser of Sinn Féin Youth.

For a fresh voice for Cork offering progressive & credible alternative. Sinn Féin in Government will deliver fair recovery & invest in public service.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

Housing crisis in Cork is severe. 15k on Housing lists, homelessness, overcrowding rising. Need for major Social Housing building programme.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Draft legislation to improve rights of workers made redundant & on insecure contracts; protect workers like those in Vita Cortex, Dunnes disputes.
