Transdev said the reduction reflects the “additional operational and payroll costs” involved in dealing with drivers’ work-to-rule action.

Transdev this week walked out of talks in which drivers asked for a 26.5% pay increase.
The deal will include a €750 payment at the end of this year.
Employees will be briefed on the state of talks with company Transdev.
Talks with drivers have yet to be scheduled.
Trade union Siptu has cancelled the 48-hour work stoppage.
The minister has also defended himself against claims made by Siptu.
Siptu has said the letter has the potential to “create conditions for a shutdown” of the Luas service.
The two sides are believed to be “very far apart”.
