Five other men, who are charged with conspiring with one or more persons to murder Hutch, had their cases adjourned for seven weeks.
Each of the accused men are charged with taking various roles with the intention of helping with the murder of Patrick ‘Patsy’ Hutch.
It is thought Hutch will leave for the continent in the coming days.
Patrick Hutch walked free from court yesterday morning.
Hutch is accused of murdering David Byrne in Dublin in 2016.
Senior prosecuting counsel Sean Gillane SC told the court today that “considerable progress” had been made in the enquiry.
The court heard there was no evidence the detectives were together when they made the identification.
