The seizures were made as part of an operation led by the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau.
Over €24 million has been seized since the Garda National Drugs & Organised Crime Bureau was set up in 2015.
The drugs were seized yesterday during the search of a vehicle.
Revenue officers and anti-organised crime detectives are now investigating who ordered the drugs.
They are both currently detained at Tallaght Garda Station.
€16,245 and £3,280 in cash were seized from two properties in Dublin.
Detectives from the Garda Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau searched a car and a house during the operation.
The money is alleged to be the proceeds of crime from a West Dublin Crime Group.
Three people were arrested, and vehicles, watches, encrypted communications devices and signal blocking devices were seized.
