Biography

A long-standing member of the Workers' Party, he has ran unsuccessfully for both local and national office on a number of occasions. A steel-fixer by trade, he is involved with a number of anti-austerity movements and is a prominent member of the anti-water charges campaign in Meath.

Question time
Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

I am the only socialist standing in Meath East and my record fighting against the property tax and stopping the privatisation of water stands out.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

My priority would be, due to homelessness, the housing crisis along with rent control to immediately start building social housing units for Meath.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

I would instigate a referendum that will enshrine the public ownership and the Right2Water into our constitution and declare a housing emergency.
