The flight landed safely in Dublin at 9.05am and was met at the terminal by ground crews and engineers.

The woman on board the Delta flight from New York to Athens became abusive during the flight and had to be handcuffed.
The DAA said an Aer Lingus flight from Gatwick, an Aer Lingus Flight from Brussels and a Ryanair flight from Las Palmas were all diverted to Shannon.
