WHO’s Dr David Nabarro told the Oireachtas yesterday that vaccine access “should not be on the basis of geographical location or nationality”.
Nabarro said that Covid-19 is a “new virus” and that both the virus itself and society’s response will change.
Dr David Nabarro encouraged the UK to share excess vaccines with developing countries.
Nabarro said that the situation in some parts of the world is “disturbing”.
