Myles Harty, 20, died instantly when the car he was a passenger collided with a pole.
Myles “Miley” Harty from Askeaton, Co Limerick died earlier today.
The incident happened at a house in Askeaton at around 7am yesterday.
The incident happened shortly before 2am on 3 May 2018.
He had travelled to Spain to celebrate after finishing a Leaving Certificate exam paper.
The Army Bomb Disposal Team arrived at 1.30am and the scene was declared safe at around 2.15am.
His partner Julia Holmes had already been formally identified.
The couple – 63-year-old Julia Holmes and her partner Thomas Ruttle, who was in his 50s – had not been seen for two months.
The bodies were found at house in Askeaton in the early hours of this morning.
